Since joining as a nurse and working in our Secure Dementia area, I have had the most amazing work/life balance. I love coming to work knowing that I am making a difference to others. It’s also a great team environment and I enjoy the support from my colleagues. I feel like I have the ‘best job in the world’ doing what I do.
